Hi everyone im Jia Shen and im 15 this year and had an awesome family and friends from everywhere and i love them very muchy . I love ROCK CLIMBING and i work as an instructor and youth instructor in Madmonkeyz and feel free to ask for tips about climbing and i will be willingly give tips for those who ask =D

FINALLY after so long i finally updated my blog and sorry for not updating it cuz these few days im being busy on training because there's a climbing competition this sunday and ill update more this sunday XP
